BLINDING LIGHTS
Released September 2022
Short Film, Experimental
Logline: A short film about perspective through the eyes of an eighteen-year old woman.
Budget: $0
My Responsibilities: I was the sole creator of this film, responsible for every aspect of the production. I wrote the script, recorded the footage, edited the narrative, and sound designed the entire project, all while adhering to a budget of $0.
What I learned: This film served as a way to break down the filmmaking process and condense it into a manageable project, reminding myself that not every film needs a large crew, large budget, etc. I kept it simple, and to this day, I’m proud of the outcome, given where I was in my career at the time and the fact that it was made for free.
